Adding visual radio as its latest feature, developer Triple IT selected Vinson's technical solution to created a powerful (live) video experience. The Radio 538 apps bring the latest news and enable you to tune in and listed to the various 538 channels. Moreover, radio entertainment is brought to the next new level with the introduction of visual radio powered by Vinson that evolves around the Radio 538 studio webcam.
The live studio feed with on-air DJs and their guests is combined with related (music) video. Tune in to listen and watch the live, open the guide to catch-up on the latest show or select the video on-demand catalog to look up previous guest performances and other highlights with popular DJs Ruud de Wild and Edwin Everts.
With live radio, video and social features to share the very best moments, Vinson contributed to a state-of-the-art app that enables a most interactive experience, connecting the Radio 538 DJs, music and fans.

The apps and more specific its visual radio player play a key role in the Radio 538 'The Beat of The Moment' summer campaign. Integrated technology for triggers enable related information to pop up along with the video presented and make specific video content clickable. A complete overlay or just a button appears to redirect users to a specific webpage or feature.
This contextual information and interactive content enables new forms of product placement and gamification for promotional stunts. Listeners could play along to win tickets for popular festival Dance Valley, and more promotions are coming up.
